I have lived in Reidsville NC for the majority of my life other than while I was at UNC-Wilmington obtaining my Bachelors in Psychology. I started crossfit back in 2016 while being a 3 sport athlete. I took a break due to college and covid. I am excited to be back, to not only become stronger and crush my goals but to also help educate and motivate others as well. My favorite part about crossfit is the community, there is nothing better than the CF family pushing you to achieve your goals!
